  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) may be processed the next business day.  
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All European Union countries  
  • EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)  
  • United Kingdom  
  • Selected international destinations (where applicable)

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

EEA & UK

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or external factors.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method
  • Order weight and size  

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

European Union (EU)

  • All prices include VAT where applicable. 
  • No additional customs duties are charged within the EU.

United Kingdom & Non-EU Countries

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. 
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

8. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts  

If a package is returned to us:

  • We may charge a re-shipping fee
  • Or issue a refund, excluding shipping costs 

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and order number  

We will investigate and offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Or compensation (depending on the case)

10. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, weather, pandemics)

However, under EU law, if delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to:

  • Request a new delivery date
  • Or cancel the order for a full refund

11. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
